Indeed an interesting presentation about health. Yes to be a successful teacher to build a successful nation we need to be healthy. That is one of the tenants in Sustainable development as well. i would like to suggest that you promote healthy ways on how we can live healthier lives as students on a limited budget and cramp timetables.

Great suggestion Sandra! Yes, eating healthily on a limited budget and cramped timetables is a problem faced by students. Maybe you could come up with time-saving and budget friendly recipes for students on the go.

yes, health can buy with money..it is depends to person how to take care about their healthy.sometimes they willing to eat cheap food likes junk food and Maggie for save budget especially likes students in IPTA or IPTS but they don't think they save their money to this food but they have deposit many money as a deposit go to hospital..So in food you must buy are healthy food than a cheap food that give you disease alright...........

Yes, I can't agree more with the title of this post- Health is Wealth. Health is unvalue and unpredictable. We don't know when we will fall sick or get any illness. The only thing we the human can do is eat healthy and live.

I also agree with the statement. "health is wealth". If you think good health is expensive, then try ill health" Because If you are sick, no matter how rich you are, how powerfull you are, everything you have would be going ZERO ! You must know how to become healthy and happy, so you can live longer and enjoy your live. Don't Forget that HEALTH IS EXPENSIVE !

Quite an interesting topic here. Remember that prevention is better than cure. If we get infected by serious disease or illness, we might loose the bliss or enjoyment of our life. If we start to take care of our body today, we might spend the rest of our life living with our most beloved person till the end.

I also agree with the statement "Health is Wealth" Health is very important to all of us. If we are sick, we cannot do anything that we want or wish to do. With the healthy body then only we can fully enjoy life and achieve the aims of our life. So, it would be better if next coming post suggest some tips to maintain our health.

Sandra, I agreed with you. The wealth of teachers and students undoubtedly is health. They need to have balanced lifestyle, as emphasized in our education philosophy: JERI. Plus, this online scrapbook is a good stepping stone to create students' awareness towards the health issues in SD.

Yeah, health is wealth! You will be able to perform in every sphere of your life to the best of your ability only if you are healthy. Apart from this, good health will make you look good and attractive and you start feeling good about yourself. I agree with Sandra's suggestion that you can include ways of promoting healthy life so that we are aware of it.
